      5 cabin tents, 3 tarps, & 'poopy tent' (that's the older Baker style 
    tent in the rear center of the picture where we keep our porta -potti 
         
       AFTERMATH OF MONDAY NIGHT'S  STORM 
There was a tornado in Bushnell and trees were down just West of us. In 40+ 
yearsof tent camping I have never been through a storm of such force.  Only 
one time before have I had a tent blow down, and that was the first night of our Grand Canyon trip back in '95'.  satan obviously did not want Cornerstone to 
take place.  Several of the hugh festival tents were also blown down. All 
during the storm however, our group was praying and singing praises to  God!  satan was not going to defeat us. 
           ALL OUR TARPS WERE BLOWN OVER 
         
       

    EVEN 'BIG GREEN' COULDN'T WITHSTAND THIS STORM 

   ('Big Green' is our 10'x14' wall tent that has made it thru storms in Colorado, 
    Kansas & Florida)

         EVERYTHING WE HAD SPENT 5 HOURS 
         SETTING UP WAS DOWN IN 2 MINUTES 
         Initially it looked like everything had been destroyed. 
         This picture is poor quality, but it was taken immediately 
        afterwards.
         
                     THE NEXT MORNING 
One of our tents had been blown 100 yards down the road!

BY NOON ON TUESDAY EVERYTHING WAS BACK UP 
Only one tent was torn (I have since repaired it) and only 3 poles 
were bent beyond repair. PRAISE THE LORD!
